Steve Roberts is a highly accomplished IT executive with over 25 years of expertise in management consulting, business management, and technology deployment. His career highlights include leadership roles in top consulting firms and technology enterprises, emphasizing a proven record of driving impactful business transformation and technology innovation.

Previously, Roberts served as Vice President of the West Region at Teradata/ThinkBig Analytics, where he managed a $55M portfolio and led cutting-edge IoT initiatives for Oil & Gas exploration. His role involved overseeing strategic technology projects and delivering enterprise-scale solutions tailored to industry needs.

Roberts has been a partner at Nexus Cognitive Technologies since 2019, working to advance data-driven solutions and consulting practices. Additionally, he has contributed as COO and Partner at The Kratos Group, which he co-founded in 2013, with a mission to revolutionize information management across sectors like Energy, Media, Telecom, and Defense. Before this, as Principal Solutions Architect at Cloudera, he led initiatives to optimize partner integrations and advance data analytics capabilities. Rishabh Khicha serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Operations at Nexus Cognitive, where he plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and critical initiatives to help accelerate growth. With over a decade of experience across growth-stage technology businesses, management consulting, investment banking, and start-ups, Rishabh brings a blend of analytical rigor, execution discipline and entrepreneurial vision to the Nexus Cognitive leadership team.

Before joining Nexus Cognitive, Rishabh held prominent roles at leading organizations. As a Strategy and Operations leader at DigitalOcean, he drove operational efficiency and supported growth initiatives. During his tenure at McKinsey & Company, he worked on a variety of topics and sectors, focusing on complex operational transformations. 

Earlier in his career, Rishabh helped scale Fitkids Education into India’s most prominent and fastest-growing K-12 educational services provider, growing it from 15 to 800+ employees in under three years. His investment banking experience with J.P. Morgan and Rothschild involved advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financial decisions across EMEA and APAC.
